2026 Vision:

Five Years of the Kingdom Co-op

“Unless the Lord builds the house, the builders labor in vain. Unless the Lord watches over the city, the guards stand watch in vain.” – Psalm 127:1

Dear Mission Possible Friends and Supporters,

We thank God for your faithful prayers, generous giving, and sacrificial service. Your partnership makes it possible for the Gospel to be lived out in real and lasting ways throughout our community.

As Christians we rest in a promise made and a promise kept. We fix our eyes on the giver of life, trusting Him to sustain the work He has begun. When the work feels heavy, our hope remains in Christ alone, our living hope that endures and never fades.

In 2025 we launched the Kingdom Cooperative, a holistic ministry care model and growing network of churches and volunteers committed to serving East Austin until we see our vision realized:

“A community where the Kingdom of God is evident.”

Over the next five years, we have chosen to focus on one Area of Care each year, trusting this intentional approach will produce lasting fruit and meaningful transformation. While each year will have one area of focus, we remain committed to strengthening every pillar throughout the coming years.

Focus for 2026: Early Life

This year, we believe the Lord is leading us to deepen the investment in our Early Life pillar through our onsite Pregnancy Resource Center (PRC).

Early Life represents the beginning of our holistic care ministry model. Here, we walk alongside individuals and families during one of life’s most vulnerable seasons: when a child is being formed in the womb and young parents, often without strong financial or family support, are learning how to care for themselves and their growing family.

As we seek to be faithful stewards in this community, we continue to ask:

  1. Are we meeting real needs in lasting ways?
  2. Are we cultivating transformation or just providing temporary help?

In reality, we believe a true Gospel-centered community takes time, intentional care, and faithful partnership to build.

Over the past few years, we have seen a growing number of mothers and fathers who desire to remain connected to the community they experience while at Mission Possible, even after their immediate needs are met. Many are seeking guidance in parenting, job opportunities, and even spiritual growth.

While many Pregnancy Resource Centers provide excellent care during pregnancy and postpartum, families often disconnect once urgent needs are met, sometimes returning only during another season of crisis. We believe the Lord is calling us to walk with families beyond moments of crisis need and into long-term development and growth.

With this vision, we are expanding our center into a more comprehensive model:

The Parenting Resource Center

This development builds upon our existing PRC and provides sustained, relational care as families navigate pregnancy, postpartum, early childhood, and the early years of parenting. Or in other words Early Life. Our goal is not only to meet crisis needs, but to nurture, cultivate, pursue, and equip families to become rooted in Christ.

Early Life Initiatives for 2026

Through your partnership and God’s provision, we are strengthening and launching several key initiatives this year:

  • English as a Second Language (ESL): Helping non-native speakers learn the English language while sharing the hope in Christ
  • Safe Riders Car Seat Distribution: Providing free car seats and safety training for families in need
  • Mothers Support Group: Offering encouragement, community, and care for mothers without spousal support
  • Post-Abortive Healing Group: Creating space for healing, restoration, and the grace of Christ
  • Financial Literacy Course: Teaching practical stewardship, budgeting, and financial stability

Each initiative is designed to move families from crisis toward stability, from isolation toward community, and toward lasting hope in Christ.

We invite you to continue partnering with us through prayer, service, and financial generosity as we trust the Lord to build something lasting in the lives of these families far beyond what we could accomplish alone. Your support helps create spaces where parents are strengthened, children are cared for, and the love of Christ is made visible in both word and deed.

Our prayer is that every individual and family who walks through the Parenting Resource Center will encounter the nearness, compassion, and transforming presence of Jesus throughout this important season of life.

Because unless the Lord builds the house, we labor in vain.
But when He builds, the fruit remains for generations to come.

With gratitude in Christ,
Jordan Wilcox and The Mission Possible Team
