Volunteer & Communications Coordinator

Job Description: The Volunteer & Communications Coordinator (VCC) position exists to engage, equip, and connect all  potential and new volunteers to Mission Possible Austin. The VCC will successfully communicate to  potential volunteers, donors, MPA staff, and others, our  vision, mission, values, and  culture. The VCC will help screen, educate, and coordinate all volunteer activity with the program  directors. The VCC will assist program directors with volunteer information, collect success stories, and  understand ongoing needs. The VCC will work as a crucial part of the team to communicate the vision and stories through social media, email marketing, and supporter communications.

BAGS Coordinator

Job Description: The BAGS is our food pantry program where volunteers build relationships with program participants and deliver food to them once a month. The BAGS Coordinator position exists to coordinate volunteers, clients, partnerships, and all programming needs within our BAGS program.

Director of Operations

Job Description: The Director of Operations will be responsible for ensuring that we embody our mission, vision, and values within all our organizational and operational needs. They are instrumental in bringing many moving parts together to ensure departmental cohesiveness within this highly-relational organization. They will create and cultivate best practices for better operational health across all ministries. They offer comprehensive administrative support to the Executive and Assistant Directors and help bring project and event ideas to fruition.
