Mission: Possible! Austin has been doing ministry since 1992, and it has always focused on building Christ-centered relationships with people in the inner-city. As we have grown over the past 25 years we have learned a lot. We have learned to listen, learn, and look. We listen to others. What are their needs? What is their story? We learn the culture, the history, and the real needs of the community. We become a good neighbor. Finally, we look for opportunities to connect the body of Christ to the under-served, equip people to do the work of the ministry, and look for stories of life transformation. We have become a Family of Ministries working together to advance the Kingdom of God.

We believe we can break the cycle of poverty one life at a time by caring responsibly for people through Christ-centered relationships.  In Central East Austin there are 11+ Section 8 and low-income apartment communities. We work directly with families and children in 5 of these communities each week. In the Greater Austin area 95% of people in apartment communities are unreached! In the 78702 area, there are an estimated 4,264 adults and 2,132 children in low-income apartment communities. These communities face issues of generational poverty, fatherlessness, mass incarceration, poor nutrition, lack of education and job training, etc. Our ministry is focused on breaking the cycles of poverty one life at a time. We do this by connecting and equipping the church for life transformation.
