Spring semester at the Restoration Art Center is celebrating with Ice Cream making! My friend Landon told me I was unequivocally “The Best.” Our Making Reading Fun Club read the recipe, followed directions, had adventures with egg yolks (hey, art is messy!) and managed to get the mixture into the ice cream
maker. We have had lots of enthusiastic reading going on! Bible Club, Art Club and our teen group is also going to make some icy fun tomorrow as we hang out and make plans to shift into summer schedule.
We are planning some outreaches into some nearby neighborhoods. We will include face painting, food and crafting. Please pray with us for the Lord to bring us a fruitful return!
The RAC will be hosting our Art Day Camp in July. We are looking for enthusiastic teen leaders and adult volunteers. Training is July 6th & 7th (Thursday and Friday) and camp is July 10-14th, Monday through Friday from 9am – 2pm. The location is on the campus of the Restoration Art Center in Pflugerville. Come join us!
